Hazen Outing Club takes monthly trips outside of school hours for hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, indoor rock climbing and so on. About once per year, there is an option for a longer 4-10 day trip. The spring 2023 trip was 10 days exploring the canyons of southern Utah during spring break. Overnight trips are open to all Hazen high school students. Other trips are open to all students including middle school students with a teacher recommendation. We have some equipment to loan if there is a need.
