Public High School Choice: Students entering grades 9–12 may apply to attend Hazen Union through Vermont’s Public High School Choice system. Please contact your high school of residence for more information on the application process. You can view the application form here.

Online Learning: Through Hazen Union’s collaborative diploma program with Vermont Virtual Learning Cooperative (VTVLC), students from non-operating towns can register at Hazen Union, be fully online, and have access to Hazen’s supports and resources. Learn more here.
