Attention High School Students! All high school students will be using the TSA and Academic Support time today, Tuesday, to revise their On Demand Writing pieces.  Students should plan accordingly.
The Season of Giving:  The Hazen Key Club and National Honor Society are joining forces to help those who are less fortunate during the holiday season.  Boxes have been placed in the front lobby to collect your donations for the WCAX Mitten Tree Project, Hardwick Childrens Holiday Project, and the Holiday Food Drive to support the local food pantry.
New England Music Festival Festival Solo Night:  Hazen music students who will audition for the New England Music Festival will perform in recital on Wednesday, December 3, at 6 PM in the Hazen Auditorium.  The public is cordially invited so please come prepared to be WOWED!  There is no admission charge, however, donations to the music program are always gratefully accepted.
Early Release Day for Teacher Workday:  Students will be released at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, December 10, for a teacher workday.
Coming Attractions at Hazen!  You will want to mark your calendar and save time for the Hazen Music Department Winter Concerts.  The Middle School Band and Chorus will perform on Thursday, December 11, at 7 PM in the auditorium.  The High School Band and Chorus will perform at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 17.  The Hazen Art Department will showcase the work of our talented students in an Art Show in the Hazen Library on December 17.
Library Book Fair:  The Hazen Library will host a Book Fair on December 16 - 18.  There will be lots of great books available for your holiday shopping.
Lights...Camera...Action!!  Hardwick Community Television (Comcast Channel 16) is offering a basic introduction to camera equipment and editing equipment use for the public on December 16 and 17 from 6 to 8 PM.  HCTV is looking to encourage students 16 or older to get involved and take advantage of this opportunity to learn a new skill.  Our Public Access Station is located in the Top Floor of the Memorial Building.  If you have questions or want to sign up, contact Leif at the HCTV station, 472-6655 or hardwicktv@comcast.net.
