Ski and Ride Program:  Students planning to participate in the Ski and Ride Program this year must return their registration form to Ms. Foster ASAP.  The deadline for payments is November 21, but registration is due NOW to hold your spot.

OSSU Band Day:  Musicians from all schools in OSSU will meet at Hazen for a day of learning and fun followed by an evening concert at 6 PM for friends and family on Wednesday, November 16.

November Recess  School will be closed Wednesday, November 23 through Friday, November 25, 2016.

Hazen Music Department Winter Concerts!  The Hazen Band and Chorus will perform their traditional concerts in December.  Mark your calendar for these special events ...the High School Band and Chorus will perform on Tuesday, December 13. The Middle School Band and Chorus will perform on Wednesday, December 14.  Both performances will be held in the Hazen Auditorium at 7 PM.  Admission to the concerts is free, but donations to the program are always appreciated.

Annual Student Information / Medical Information Update Now Overdue!  It is absolutely essential that the school has access to the most current information for our students, especially in an emergency situation or should your child become ill or injured at school.  Please update and sign the form your child brought home in the first day packet and return it to the Guidance Office as soon as possible

New Student Parking Permits for 2016-17!  Attention student drivers!  Students who drive to school and park in the Hazen parking lot each day should register their vehicle in the Principal's Office and display a Student Parking Pass.  The Parking Pass is free!  See Mrs. Quinn in the Principal's Office for a form.   

Important Fall Happenings to Note on your Calendar

December Teacher Professional Day – Students will be dismissed early (11:35 am) on Friday, December 9, 2016 to allow teachers to participate in professional development training.
