Kiss a Senior Goodbye! The Hazen Class of 2016 is counting the days to graduation! The Hazen SADD organization is sponsoring the annual Kiss a Senior Goodbye project to provide an opportunity for students and staff to extend good wishes to our graduating seniors. There are several collection boxes located around the building so take a moment to write a note or two and drop them in the collection boxes. Every senior will receive a gift bag filled with good wishes and chocolate kisses at graduation rehearsal!
Coffee House - 6 to 8 PM - June 9, 2016 The Hazen Music Department will sponsor the last Coffee House of the year on Thursday, June 9, from 6 to 8 PM in the auditorium. Take a break from your exam studies and check out the many talented Hazen students at the Coffee House!
High School Final Exams - June 9 - 15, 2016 Exams will be administered during the regular school day. Students are expected to attend school for all periods during exam week. Parents wishing to dismiss a student early should send a written note.
Middle School End of Year Field Trip - June 14, 2016 The end of year field trip for middle school students will be held on Tuesday, June 14. Students will leave from Hazen and bus to Crystal Lake for a day of outdoor fun including swimming and hiking. A cookout lunch will be provided, but students are permitted to bring their own lunch. Students should bring water bottles, swim suits and towels if they plant to swim; hiking boots or sneakers if they plant to hike. Buses will return students to Hazen by 2:30 PM.
8th Grade Recognition and Celebration - 6:30 PM June 15, 2016 - DATE CHANGED FROM JUNE 10. The Hazen Union School Class of 2020 will celebrate their accomplishments with family and friends on Wednesday, June 15, at 6:30 PM in the Hazen Gym. A reception will follow in the cafeteria followed by a dance for 8th graders only from 7:30 to 10 PM.

High School Graduation Ceremonty - June 18, 2016 10 AM Graduating seniors must arrive at Hazen with their cap and gown by 9 AM for robing and senior photo.
Summer Programs for Personal Growth and Fun! Information on summer programs to students is available in Guidance Office. Girls interested in spending time with horses and learning about Martial Arts, check out the program being offered by Ms. Pfeffer from June 27 to July 27.... Walking with Horses - Circular Harmony Summer Program. The Buck's Lake Green Mountain Conservation Camp (GMCC) offers overnight camps for students wishing to participate in hunter safety, camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, orienteering, forestry and more! Limited scholarships are being offered for Hazen students. Please see Mr. Miller in Guidance for additional information.
